We offer advertising space for your business on all of our platforms. Advertising services are not eligible for a tax deduction, but your business may write off any service as a marketing expense. We also count on a handful of local businesses each year for in-kind trades for food and other supplies needed at the festival. See below for more information.

Note on Cash Sponsorships: Most cash sponsors will be deducting the cost of their sponsorship as a business (marketing) expense, not a charitable donation.
● Checks are the only way we can receive these sponsorship payments.

● We (our Treasurer) will send a separate acknowledgement letter for any sponsorship over $250.
In Kind Sponsorships:
● Businesses are unlikely to see in-kind support as a business expense.
● Once the delivery of an in kind sponsorship is secured, an acknowledgement letter from Oldtone Arts, Inc. will be sent. (We cannot state the dollar value of the in kind gift.)
*In Kind Sponsors can receive the same benefits as cash sponsors as listed above .
*Financial and in-kind donations may be eligible as a charitable tax deduction (minus the value of the value of any trade or gift from Oldtone).
