This year we have more ways to enjoy the festival that can fit everyone’s budget and timelines. We are going to continue to open the campgrounds on Wednesday before the festival starts, with a camping ticket only. Also, don’t forget if your vehicle is more than 18 feet in length you will need the additional $50 parking pass in Upper Camping. All vehicles under 18 feet in length are included with your Camping ticket. You may NOT move from Lower to Upper Camping at any time. (Please read up on Lower Camping details, and make sure that’s what you want before buying a camping ticket). All ticket sales are final, ticket transfers are allowed. Don’t get left out, get your tickets in advance! Please stay tuned for any “Sold Out” announcements. Wana come for free? Check out our Volunteer page, we still have a few spots left. Youth Camping/Full Fest $30RV Upper Camping Reservation (Limited!) $50UPPER CAMPING TICKET - This gets one Adult and one vehicle into the Upper Campground located around the Main Stage. Gates are WED at 2PM Space is very limited and these will sell out! Along with your vehicle, a small camper or pop-up trailer is permitted with this ticket. Those campers or trailers OVER 18 feet long must also purchase the “RV/Trailer Reservation” with your Camping ticket if you want your rig with you. Most of the terrain is hilly, but this is where the action is! There is a handicap area here. This year we aim to park cars and campers in a way to give folks a better view of the stage. This is a quieter folk festival than some expect, Generators are discouraged! We do have strict rules about generator use at Oldtone, please see there rules.
LOWER CAMPING TICKET - Gates at Lower Camping start WED at 2PM, with your under 18' vehicle or longer. Please note: “Vehicles/Trailers over 18' Access” are available for "Upper Camping" only and not needed with your lower camping ticket. Lower Camping is farther away from the main festival area and down a hill. It is much quieter and way less dense with campers, pickers and merriment. So please expect that. It’s also about a 6-8 min walk uphill, so that walk will not be for everyone. Golf cart shuttles are NOT guaranteed, and are only available at random times the festival staff have available, this comes and goes. Lower camping is less crowded, cheaper, and the location of the official quiet camping area. This is a quieter folk festival than some expect, Generators are discouraged! We do have strict rules about generator use at Oldtone, please see there rules.
Please note: due to the hills in the campground, if we experience any inclement weather, the Festival or Fire Company reserves the right to deny access or exit to and/or from this campground when safety becomes an issue.
FULL FESTIVAL TICKET - SAVE... with this Ticket Sale is for Day trippers only. For all days of the whole festival! You must park your vehicle in the Day Parking Lots Only, No Camping anywhere at the festival is allowed with this ticket. Please pay attention to the Day lot gate hours!
RV/TRAILER RESERVATION - This year there will be a limited number of RV/Camper space reservations for the Upper Campground. If your RV, Camper or Trailer is longer than 18’ feet you MUST buy that ticket or we will NOT let you into the Upper Campground. Also new this year, these rigs will have three or four reserved areas in which they can be parked in Upper Camping. These are the most level and safest areas for big rigs. One is located on the very top of the hill overlooking the stage area, along the tree line, one is on the side of the mainstage area next to the merch tent. The other is just inside the main entrance off to the side away from the stage. All space is first-come first-serve. All RVs and Trailers must park in the same orientation as instructed by Oldtone Parking Staff. Because it gets very crowded in this area on the hill, we ask you to help us keep everyone safe and follow directions and rules! RVs entering the festival after sunset, or during rain or inclement weather may or may not be able to enter the campgrounds. This will be an Oldtone staff game-time decision. Please plan to get there early if you have a rig! You DO NOT need this or any RV ticket for "Lower Camping." There are no hooks-up, but pump-out service is available for a fee of $50. Small generators may be used for a brief time from 11am to 12:30pm only (the festival may suspend this privilege at any time if noise becomes too loud).
THURSDAY TICKET - Thursday Day Ticket holders must park in the "Day Parking Lots" Only and are required to exit the festival grounds at the end of the day. Gates open at 4pm and close at 11:59pm.
FRIDAY TICKET - Friday Day Ticket holders must park in the "Day Parking Lots" Only and are required to exit the festival grounds at the end of the day. Gates open at 11am and close at 11:59pm.

KIDS 12 and under do not need a ticket at any point, they just need a paying adult with them! Teenagers need the low cost ticket above.
Refunds: We do not issue ticket refunds for any reason, including weather. We wish we could but it’s no way for a festival to survive. We know things happen, so we do allow ticket transfers, please attempt to sell your ticket to someone else. Just email oldtonefest@gmail.com with “Ticket Transfer” in the subject line to confirm that process.
