Spitroaster’s BBQ
Enjoy farm pork roast with Chef Hartka- Friday and Saturday Evenings! Local excavation contractor Kevin Hartka will be offering a pork platter, featuring the famous succulent slow cooked pork from his handmade whole pig roaster smoker. The roaster will be onsite, and in action, so come follow your nose to a classic southern plate of pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw & Sweet tea.

Friday - Breakfast sandwiches until noon. Hamburgers, hotdogs, and fries will be available for both lunch and dinner.
Saturday - Breakfast sandwiches until noon. Chicken barbecue dinner includes baked potato, choice of cole slaw or potato salad, and a roll.
